The minister invites people to the Table with the following invitation:
This is the table of our Lord Jesus Christ. All those who have been baptized in his name are invited to share in this Holy Sacrament.
For as by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body,
and were all made to drink of one Spirit, we also share in one bread and all drink from the cup of salvation to have fellowship with one Lord and become one Body to worship and serve our one and only God and Saviour.
Let us therefore lay aside the cares of this world,
for now we are to be received by the King of All.
As the Lord Jesus,
on the night he was handed over, took bread,
so I take these elements of bread and wine,
to be set apart from all common use,
to this holy use and mystery;
The minister lifts the paten and then the chalice from the Table and lays his hands on the other vessels.
and as he gave thanks and blessed,
let us draw near to God
and offer our prayers and thanksgiving:
The Lord be with you.
And with your spirit.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them up to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give our thanks and praise.
Holy Father, Heavenly King, almighty and eternal God; You alone are God and You alone are to be worshipped and praised. We want to give thanks to the Lord our God, for You are good; Your love endures forever!
You, our Father in heaven and your Son sent us the Holy Spirit, to receive the power to proclaim the good news of the cross and resurrection to the ends of the earth and to give us the power to be the servants of Your grace and Your Kingdom, to minister Your salvation to all who are part of Your flock.
Lord, our God, You gave your only begotten Son to carry our judgment on the cross and to triumph over death, that our thirst might be quenched by the outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon Your Church all over the whole world – yes, Your Spirit who regenerated us to become children of God, that we may, with the Family of God, be seated at Your table to enjoy what Christ prepared for us.
Therefore while all the angels in heaven and all the sanctified who went before us to be with you, and while your one holy apostolic church all over the world today worship you, our God, we thank You that You are pleased to also accept our worship, when we praise Your great and glorious name, singing:
Congregation sings:
You are Lord, You are Lord,
You are risen from the dead, and You are Lord.
Every knee shall bow,
every tongue confess that you are Christ, the Lord.
Almighty God, we praise You to the best of our ability for the
precious sufferings of Jesus our Lord that we could be cleansed by the blood of the Lamb,
and for his glorious triumph over all evil and sin
and we glorify You for the power of Jesus Christ at your right hand to save us from our transgressions and our evil nature.
We praise and we thank You that You poured Your Spirit upon us to enable us to have fellowship with You, to reveal You, our God and our Saviour to us and to give us the strength to proclaim the cross of your Son until he comes to us again.

Epiclesis:  We therefore ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to bless both us and these Your own gifts of bread and wine.

That the bread we break may be to us the communion of the body of Christ,
And the cup of blessing that we bless, be to us the communion of the blood of Christ,
That receiving them we may be made partakers of His body and blood, with all His benefits, to our spiritual nourishment and growth in grace, to the glory of Your most holy Name.
For the sake of the offering made once and for all upon the cross, we ask You to give to us and to all Your people the blessing of the graceful work of the Holy Spirit in our lives that we may become acceptable, holy and living sacrifices, prepared for Your work by the gifts of the Spirit and able to bear the fruit that You ask from us as the branches of Your vine and Your body on earth:
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Who taught us to pray:
Our Father, which art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive them that trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Matt.6:9-13
Brothers and sisters,
attend to the words of the institution of the holy Supper of our Lord:
Now as they were eating,
Jesus took bread,
(the minister takes the bread with both hands)
and when he had given thanks and praise,
he broke it,
(the minister breaks the bread)
and said,
‘Take, eat; this is my body.’
And now, all of you, take and eat, for the body of our Lord Jesus Christ was broken, for all our sins!
Then Jesus took the cup
(the minister takes the flagon or pitcher),
saying, ‘Drink from it, all of you,
for this is my blood of the covenant,
which is poured out for many,
(the minister pours wine into the chalice)
for the forgiveness of sins.’
Drink from the Cup of thanksgiving, for the blood of Jesus Christ was poured out as a complete and final sacrifice, for all our sins!
Holy things are for the holy.
Only Jesus Christ is holy.
And we are made holy in him. 1 Cor.1.30
The minister partakes of Holy Communion and serve those at the Table, who serve the congregation:
The body of Christ, given for you.  Matt. 26.26
The blood of Christ, shed for you.  Matt. 26.28

When all have received Communion, the minister concludes:

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!   Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.    Ps.103:1-5

Prayers of Intercession!

The minister dismisses the congregation with a charge such as one of the following:
I call heaven and earth to witness against you today,
that I have set before you
life and death,
blessing and curse.
Therefore choose life, that you and your family may live.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ
and the love of God
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit
be with you all.        2 Cor.13:14
